The Chinese New Year Gala Dinner celebrates the reunion of family and friends with a Chinese-style buffet at the Trinity Room, Shangri-la. The menu includes mouth-watering dishes such as steamed Barramundi, crispy beef fillet, braised tong poh pork belly. (Full menu is below)
The evening is an opportunity to network and catch up with friends and family, with entertainment being provided by the Chinese lion team, Molihua dancers, and Chinese instrumental music.
Seating is limited due to Covid restrictions and bookings are essential. Bookings need to be closed by the 6th February. Be quick to avoid disappointment.
